Albert Lim

Albert Lim is a natural physique athlete, an educator, and a Tulum Strength Club athlete and Coach under star Magnum Pro athlete and WBFF Pro Fitness Model Champion Jean-Jacques Barrett.

Albert began his athletic career at a younge age and have participated in various youth sports and earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the age of 8 in Korea. He has competed at a high level in the sports of football, wrestling, boxing, and Jiu-jitsu. Additionally, he served four years with the U.S. Army as an infantryman with the 101st Airborne Division and served as a team and squad leader.

His lifting career started at the age of 12 with a weight set from Sears and his curiosity fueled with passion in athletic development. He began bodybuilding in 2021, at the age of 43, and earned his Pro status as a WBFF Fitness Model in Long Beach.

Albert completed his Bachelors at the University of California, Irvine, Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California, and his teaching credential from National University. He has served as a social worker for 6 years having the privilige of working with homeless transitional aged youth with a severe mental illness, foster care system, Long Beach Unified School District, and opiate addiction. With a career change into education, he has coached various high school sports from football, basketball, to tennis and has served as a high school administrative athletic director responsible for 800+ student athletes and 22 sport programs. Currently, he teaches high school students as a peer counseling and physical education teacher.

Albert began his fitness profession in 2009 working and helping clients achieve their transformation, fitness, and life goals. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, he has helped numerous non-genetically gifted high school athletes earn college scholarships and had the honor of developing U.S. Olympic Figure Skater Nathan Chen from the ages of 12 to 15.

Albert brings a wealth of personal and professional experience with him as a highly sought after coach that has helped people of all backgrounds become the best version of themselves. This is highlighted in his personal mission statement of:
